This is off topic but I really want to help some good friends of mine out. And considering this community is open to new music, I figured I'd give this a try.

Some friends of mine are in a band called Our Last Hours out of Colonia, NJ - my hometown =]
My friends were ecstatic (spelling? lol) to hear that I was going to inroduce them to this community and give them some kind of fan base.

It would be greatly appreciated if you guys would just take a listen to their stuff and give your opinion. PLEASE NO RUDE OR HARSH COMMENTS! Constructive Criticism is welcome though.

"Only In My Dreams" and "For The Rest of Our Lives" are fan favorites so I suggest you listen to those two

For those of you in the community that live in New Jersey, they will participating in the Break Contest for Bamboozle which is a contest to perform at Bamboozle. The contest will be held at Stone Pony in Asbury Park. I believe the tickets are $10 beforehand and $12 at the door. 

and if possible, can any one help create download links for the songs? I'd really love that =]

So a few posts before we talked about (i know only three comments but its worth the risk) Some kind of music contest for the LJ community... 
I'd like to read what you guys think about this... we can have fun recording ourselves singing something from Paramore (from the b-sides to BNE, anything) and then send our videos at some date we could discuss in this post.

The main things about this is to have fun, great way to start the year. and why not, share our voice or guitar skills... and of course get to know each other a little more.

I'd like to know what you guys think, and maybe we could set a date and time and everything to send our stuff, set some rules too and make a full contest.
